Description: The City of Marina is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified landscape architectural consultant teams to provide professional design services for the Asian American Garden at Locke-Paddon Wetland Community Park, located at 188 Seaside Circle, Marina, California. The selected consultant will provide comprehensive landscape architectural services, including site investigation, conceptual and final design, preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, bid support, construction support, and project closeout services. The project will create a culturally significant public garden celebrating the heritage and contributions of the Asian American communities of Marina and Monterey County.
