Bids must reach the Child Nutrition Department at the addresslisted above by the time and date listed above. The District is not responsible for bids sentvia U.S. Mail, common carrier, or any other delivery service. It is the vendor’s responsibilityto ensure that their proposal and any samples are delivered to the Child NutritionDepartment.Questions or comments regarding this bid must be put in writing and received no later thanWednesday, May 13, 2026 @12:00 pm. Questions are to be e-mailed toposhinski@slzusd.org. The District shall not be obligated to answer any questionsreceived after the above specified deadline or any questions submitted in a manner otherthan as instructed above.Bids will be opened in public on Tuesday May 19, 2026 beginning at 8.30 am at theSan Lorenzo Unified School District Child Nutrition Conference Room.
