UnderN.J.A.C. 7:1D-2.1 et seq., Bidders currently suspended, debarred, or disqualified are excluded fromparticipation on this project.Bids will only be accepted from Bidders that were pre-qualified through the City of Paterson pre-qualification process per Res: 24-324.The City of Paterson requires that a bidder must submit with his bid, a bid guarantee in the form of a bidbond, certified check, or cashier’s check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, along with consentof surety from a Bonding Company.
