Summary

Montgomery County, Ohio, is requesting proposals for PP-2026-0010 - Legal Service of Process (Child Support) . All submissions are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 .

The purpose of this proposal is to support the Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services – Child Support Enforcement Agency (MCDJFS-CSEA) in serving individuals with subpoenas, summonses, and other legal notices or documents as requested by MCDJFS-CSEA and other Montgomery County entities, as needed.
