Description: The Ypsilanti Downtown Development Authority is issuing this Request for Proposal from experienced professional seasonal lighting specialists interested in providing installation and removal of seasonal lighting and decorations throughout the City of Ypsilanti DDA Districts. Selection of a firm will be determined by September 18, 2025, at the YDDA Board meeting. Main Scope: The contractor shall provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for the installation, maintenance, removal, and storage of holiday lights and decorations located in the public right-of-way throughout Ypsilanti’s three districts; Downtown, Depot Town, and West Cross.
