Scope of Services
The City is currently seeking proposals from persons or business entities (“Proposers”) that (1) can provide analysis and advice to City officials concerning funding of non-ad valorem assessments, including annual fire service availability funding (2) offer specific strategies and alternatives for consideration by City management and staff (3) if requested, either implement or cause funding such strategies or advice to be implemented swiftly. In this context, “swiftly” would be considered within approximately 1 to 4 months upon contracting.
