After 12:30 p.m. they can be delivered to theAuditor in the Hamilton County Commissioners Courtroom up to the time of the noticed bid opening. Bids received after the noticed bidopening time will not be considered but will be returned to the bidder unopened. Only proposals from those CONTRACTORS who areregistered on the Indiana Department of Transportation's current listing of Prequalified Contractors for item D(A) “Bridges: HighwayOver Water” and/or E(c): “Bridge Deck Overlay and Minor Bridge Repair” will be considered. Any bids submitted by CONTRACTORSnot approved for this item on the list will be returned to the bidder unopened.All proposals will be considered by the OWNER at a public meeting held in the Hamilton County Government & Judicial Center inNoblesville, Indiana, Commissioners' Courtroom, and opened and read aloud at 1:45 p.m. local time, December 8, 2025.The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools,equipment, taxes, permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project.All materials furnished and labor performed incidental to and required by the proper and satisfactory execution of the contracts to be made,shall be furnished, and performed in accordance with requirements from the drawings and specifications included in these documents.Bidding documents will be available beginning at 9:00 am. on November 10, 2025. Copies of the Proposal, Specifications, ContractDocuments and Plans must be obtained from Clark Dietz, Inc. Contact Bobby Chandler, P.E. at bobby.chandler@clarkdietz.com for furtherinformation and to obtain printed or electronic pdf sets of the Contract Document and Plans. Electronic pdf sets are available at no cost,and the cost for obtaining a printed set of the Contract Document and Plans from Clark Dietz, Inc will be $75.00 and made payableto Clark Dietz, Inc. (by check only). Payments and costs of Contract Documents and Plans are non-refundable. Interested parties can viewthe Contract Documents online at www.hamiltoncounty.in.gov. Documents posted on the county website are for informational purposesonly. It shall be the responsibility of the individual to periodically check for addendums posted online. Contract Documents and Plansmust be obtained through Clark Dietz, Inc. to be eligible to bid on this contract.Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope with the county supplied sealed bid notice, bearing the title of the project, bid openingdate and the name and address of the bidder firmly affixed. The bidder shall affix identifying tabs to the following sheets of eachproposal:Form 96Financial StatementNon-Collusion AffidavitReceipt of Addendum (If Applicable)Bid BondItemized ProposalEmployment Eligibility Verification CertificationDrug Testing Program ComplianceEach individual proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable Bidder's Bond, made payable to the Hamilton CountyAuditor, in a sum of not less than ten percent of the total amount of the proposal, which check, or bond will be held by the said HamiltonCounty Auditor as evidence that the bidder will, if awarded a contract, enter into the same with the OWNER upon notification from himto do so within ten days of said notification. Failure to execute the contract and to furnish performance bond to Hamilton County, Indiana,will be cause for forfeiture of the amount of money represented by the certified check, or bidder's bond, as and for liquidated damages.Form 96, as prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts, shall be properly completed, and submitted with bid proposals. TheCommissioners at their discretion reserve the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding. All bids submitted shall be valid for90 days from the opening of the bids.Todd E.
