Now Accepting Bids for Surplus Vacant Land

JPS is opening bids for the sale of surplus property now until Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10 a.m. CST. The Board of Trustees has designated several real property parcels as surplus under Miss. Code Ann. §37-7-455. These sites include vacant land only, as outlined in the attached Undeveloped Properties Sites list. When submitting a bid, please access and complete the bid form below, titled Sale of Surplus Property (Vacant Land), following all instructions provided on the form.
