Description

PGW is seeking proposals from vendors to provide a vendor hosted Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) solution for communicating business data with natural gas suppliers for PGW’s Choice program as more specifically described on Attachment 1 attached hereto.  The selected Proposer will be required to provide insurance coverage as described on Attachment 2 attached hereto.  The selected Proposer will be required to comply with the Electronic Invoicing and Payment Requirements listed in Attachment 3.
