Description:

The Town of Cheshire will receive sealed proposals for TOWN AND SCHOOL PHYSICAL SECURITY UPGRADES until December 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM.   At that time proposals will be opened in public and read aloud.

The documents comprising this Request for Proposals may be obtained from the Town’s website at www.cheshirect.GOV under “Bids and Requests for Proposals”.

The Town of Cheshire reserves the rights to amend or terminate this Request for Proposals, accept all or any part of a proposal, reject all proposals, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a proposal, and award the proposal to the proposer that, in the Town’s judgment, will be in the Town’s best interests.

All proposers must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 19, 2025 at 1:00pm in Room 207/209 in the Cheshire Town Hall, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410.
