Bid Title: Schroeder Park Aquatic Center Baby Pool Upgrades

All Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time. Bids received after said time will be returned unopened.
The contract work shall include bids for removal and replacement of the Baby Pool slide feature and potentially other features in the pool.
Documents may be obtained at the Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Office (Paul A. Schroeder Park), 359 Old Meramec Station Rd., Manchester, MO 63021 or by downloading it from the city website: www.manchestermo.gov Questions, call the Manchester Parks Office 636-391-6326, ext. 404.
Interested bidders are encouraged to schedule a facility tour by calling the Manchester Parks Office 636-391-6326, ext. 404.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid most advantageous to the City.

636-391-6326 ext. 404Miscellaneous: Qualified companies are invited to submit a sealed Bid to provide a proposal that encompasses the necessary furnishment of personnel, equipment, and materials needed to replace the Baby Pool slide feature. Additionally, the Bid calls for three alternates for the removal and replacement of the rocking frogs, spraying seahorse, and spraying rainbows. The goal of this project is to revitalize the play pool features while the pool is closed in the spring of 2026. The City is not tied to the current design and is open to other options as long as they meet all of the safety requirements for play pools. Our current budget for this slide renovation is $165,000.00, however we are open to modifications and additional costs if necessary for the good of the project, but they will require approval by the Manchester Board of Aldermen.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERSIn submitting the Bid as herein described, the Contractor represents, warrants,and covenants that:A. Bidders must thoroughly examine the site and review thespecifications, including addenda, if any, before submitting a Bid. Contract.
