	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Commissioning services are being solicited for the Stevens Center Phase II project which is predominantly a comprehensive interior renovation. The main feature of the renovation is the audience chamber, which will receive improved sight lines, acoustics, aesthetics, and general audience experience. The basement back-of-house spaces and other technical spaces will also receive updates that include new ADA accommodations and other changes required for a modern performance theater.
