Project Description

Engineering – The Eagle County Engineering Department is soliciting proposals from qualified
consultants to perform a Transportation Impact Fee Study.

Proposals must be received by email to richard.davies@eaglecounty.us , U.S. mail to the
Eagle County Engineering Department, P.O. Box 850, Eagle, CO 81631 or by FedEx, UPS,
DHL, or hand delivery to the Eagle County Engineering Department at 500 Broadway,
Eagle, CO 81631 no later than 4:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2026. Any proposal
received after this time will not be considered and will be returned to the respondent unopened
unless good cause is shown as determined by Eagle County in its sole discretion.

The complete proposal document may be obtained here, or at the Eagle County Engineering
Department, 500 Broadway, 3 rd Floor, Eagle, Colorado 81631 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to
4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
