SummaryThe City of Anaheim is seeking the services of a qualified specialty company to provide one time and ongoing as needed Removal, Replace and Furnishing of Security Camera Equipment located at various City of Anaheim facilities as outlined in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
This IFB is issued to facilitate an informed and competitive procurement process for the services described in the Scope of Services section (“Services”). The City intends to enter into an agreement with the selected respondent(s) for an initial one-year term, with up to four (4) optional one-year extensions. The final agreement will substantially conform to the terms and requirements stated in the Model Contract included with this solicitation.
Any resulting agreement may be subject to approval by the Anaheim City Council and will become effective upon full execution by both parties.
BackgroundThe City is committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment across all municipal facilities through the use of reliable, modern, and well-maintained security camera systems. As part of this commitment, there is an ongoing need for specialized services related to the removal, replacement, and upgrade of security cameras and associated components at various City-owned locations.
These services include, but are not limited to, the safe removal of existing camera equipment, installation of new security cameras, replacement of mounting hardware and cabling as needed, system configuration and testing, and verification of proper operation and coverage. All work must comply with applicable industry standards, manufacturer specifications, and relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
To support public safety and operational effectiveness, the City is issuing a solicitation to identify qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive security camera removal and replacement services. This includes labor, equipment, materials, system testing, and documentation necessary to ensure all installed security cameras are fully functional, properly integrated, and ready for continuous operation at City facilities.

The intent is to complete the job walk on January 13, 2026, by 5:30 PM. If the job walk cannot be completed by this time, it will resume on January 14, 2026, at 9:00 AM at a location to be determined at the conclusion of the initial job walk. Bidders who are unable to attend the full job walk may submit a partial bid for the locations they were able to attend.
