Project Description

BUILDING DEVELOPMENT. The City of Fisher is requesting proposals from contractors to build a new city office that is more accessible, inviting, and open to the public with more space as well as making it more geographically accessible and feasible for all the city employees. The team selected shall coordinate bidding of the projects to include preparation of bid documents as well as attend construction progress meetings and pre-construction meetings, manage and be responsible for ensuring punch list completion, and provide site observation during construction. The selection for this proposal is contingent upon the securing of finances. A full copy of the RFP can be found on the City’s website. Proposals are due by October 15, 2025, at 11:59 P.M.
