Notes	Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (“LRWRA”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) to obtain a qualified and experienced firm to provide strategic planning consulting services. LRWRA seeks to develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for Fiscal Years 2027–2032 that incorporates thorough research, employee and stakeholder engagement, and data-driven analytical insights. This effort will guide the organization in revisiting its mission, vision, and values, while enhancing utility performance, addressing regulatory challenges, promoting customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial resiliency over the next five (5) years.
