JEA is seeking experienced and qualified design and construction teams to perform all engineering, permitting, surveying, design, structure/material procurement, and construction services needed to install a new overhead 230kV transmission circuit, designated as circuit 979, from the existing JEA Brandy Branch substation located at 15701 Beaver St. W, Jacksonville FL, 32234 to the existing JEA Normandy Substation located at 9801 Crystal Springs Road, Jacksonville FL, 32221. The project location is shown below in Figure 1.
