Description: Request for Qualifications # 25058 Construction Manager at Risk for the WPCF Improvements and Secondary Upgrades The City of Gloucester seeks proposals from qualified CM at Risk contractors interested in being prequalified for the WPCF Improvements and Secondary Upgrades project, located at 50 Essex Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930. The CM at Risk Manager shall be responsible for complete construction management services as further described in the RFQ. The RFQ package will be available on Oct. 16, 2024 on bidnet direct. Proposals must be receive electronically on bidnet direct https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma no later than 11:00 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester, MA.
