The following information is being provided to clarify the proposal requirements and address questions received

as of this date:

Questions:

1. Thank you for sending this over. I reviewed the document and did not see a specified

requirement for professional liability insurance limits. Could you please confirm the required

coverage amount?

Answer: Hunt County confirms that RFQ #272-26 does not establish a minimum required limit for

professional liability insurance. Respondents may include their standard professional liability

coverage as part of their submission. The County reserves the right to negotiate insurance

requirements, including coverage limits, as part of the final agreement with the selected firm.

All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

All vendors are required to sign and return a copy of this addendum with each Proposal for Construction
