Work Scope
This project involves renovating the existing police station on Hamilton St. adjacent to City Hall. The project includes four-story addition for expanded capacity. Key upgrades include modernizing HVAC and electrical systems to improve efficiency, comfort, safety, and security. The renovation aims to enhance functionality, support law enforcement operations, and meet the department’s growing needs for expansion. The addition incorporates new pedestrian bridges connected to the adjacent parking garage on College St., owned by the Allentown Parking Authority.

Vendors must submit proposals online; those who fail to submit complete applications through PennBid will not be considered for award. Submissions must include a scanned copy of the Bid Bond as stated above through PennBid in the appropriate drop down. The PROPOSAL PAGE must be completed and submitted through PennBid. Other Forms must be completed and uploaded to PennBid.
Proposals may be withdrawn, altered or otherwise modified within PennBid at any time prior to the due date and time listed. Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. Responses received after the prevailing date and time will be rejected as non-responsive.
