Project Description: This project includes the construction of a modular block retaining wall and erosion mitigation improvements
along Mimosa Branch, within Mimosa Park and behind the residence of 1241 Mohawk Trail, Richardson, TX
75080. The project includes, but is not limited to:
- 105 Linear Feet of Modular Block Retaining Wall
- 100 Linear Feet of 4-Foot Wooden Fence
- 40 Cubic Yards of Rock Riprap
For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the city will spend approximately $588,900.00 for this project.
