Description: The Town of Apex, North Carolina is seeking the services of a qualified engineering or architectural firm, or team of firms, to provide professional engineering and/or architectural services to renovate the existing KidsTowne Playground located at Kelly Road Park. The services will include new inclusive 2-5 and 5-12 year-old play equipment, improved safety surfacing, recommendations for the renovation of an existing shelter with restrooms, and the potential addition of a secondary rentable shelter. The playground is .85 acres and is located at 1609 Kelly Rd in Apex, NC 27502.
