SKAGIT COUNTY Call for Bids: PUBLIC WORKS VEHICLE UPFITTING OF SHERIFF’S SWAT VAN Skagit County wishes to obtain services for Upfitting of ONE (1) Skagit County Sheriff SWAT Van. Skagit County’s Estimate Range is: $35,000.00 to $55,000.00 All bid envelopes must be plainly marked on the outside, "Sealed Bid for Sheriff Department SWAT Van to be opened at 2:00 P.M., July 28, 2025." Sealed bids will be received at the following location by one of the following delivery methods no later than Monday, July 28, 2025, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. No late bid will be considered. Bids may be hand deliver to: The Reception Desk of Skagit County Commissioners Office 1800 Continental Place Mount Vernon, WA 98273 Bids may be mailed to: Skagit County Commissioners 1800 Continental Place Mount Vernon, WA 98273-5625 The bid opening date for this project will be Monday, July 28, 2025. The bids will be opened and read after 2:00 p.m. on this date. CONDITION OF AWARD: It is the intent of Skagit County to award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
