Project Description

RFP No. 25/26-04 Web Design and Hosting and notification systems

Education Technology Joint Powers Authority (Ed Tech JPA) is seeking proposals to establish Master Agreements for web design and hosting, notification, electronic document routing, chatbot, and campus safety systems and related services that can meet the current and future needs of Ed Tech JPA members in the most cost effective manner. Interested Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals consistent with the RFP documents and timeline below.

Announcements

The Vendor Pre-Proposal Conference Calls will be a Question and Answer format.  Responses to questions will be provided in the RFIs on the Ed Tech JPA website.  Please contact edtechjpa@iusd.org to RSVP.

Questions (RFI’s) regarding this RFP must be submitted via email to edtechjpa@iusd.org , no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, October 10, 2025.  Any RFI received after this timeframe will not be responded to.

Ed Tech JPA is currently advertising in the OC Register and is accepting proposals until 12:00 pm on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.

Ed Tech JPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to Ed Tech JPA in response to this RFP shall remain the property of Ed Tech JPA.  Ed Tech JPA shall not be responsible for the costs of preparing any submittal in response to this RFP.

It is the Vendor's responsibility to notify the contact listed in this RFP of its interest and to monitor this site for any changes, updates, revisions, and/or uploaded documents.
