ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 1118 F Street – 3rd

Floor DPW Office, Lewiston, Idaho until 2:00 p.m. Pacific local time, on Thursday, February 19, 2026,

for 24152 LCSC: Clark Hall, Music Bldg., & Phys Plant Parking Lots Resurfacing, Lewiston, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: the parking area of the Physical Plant,

Living and Learning Center, and Clark Hall. The project aims to repair the parking lots with full section

reconstruction. This includes improvements to stormwater drainage.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, February 5, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing

local time, at the LCSC Physical Plant located at 538 11th Ave, Lewiston, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged

to attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors for a refundable deposit of $50.00.

Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $920,000
