Please advise if the CYquantity called out on the bid form is correct.Answer 1:The bid form has been revised. There are now 113 cubic yards of concrete retainingwall. See Addendum No. 3, Item No. 1.1Question 2: For the Pavement markings, the bid form is missing numerous items, likethe stop sign, parking lot striping, etc., would there be a revision on the bidform in include these items?Answer 2:The bid form has been revised. There are now two additional line items in the SiteConcrete section of the Bid Form- one for the proposed Stop sign and one for 24-inch-wide pavement markings. See the bid form for quantities. See AddendumNo. 3, Item No. 1.2 and 1.3.Question 3:There are numerous items that the owner is purchasing and Contractor isinstalling, will the owner provide a specific duration of delivery for the pre-fab items, or this will be not counted on the project duration?Answer 3: The contractor is to coordinate these timelines with the appropriate vendors.Question 4: Will the contractor be required to provide a right-of-way permit whileworking on the street making the utilities connectionAnswer 4:Yes, there is work proposed in the ROW and therefore a Right-of-Way permit willbe required.Question 5: For the Corworth Restrooms, there is not a line item for the prep-work onthe bid form, would this be the responsibility of the contractor, or theCorworth Restroom provider?ITB No. 26-1001 – Butler/Rough Hollow Park ImprovementsPage 1Answer 5:The bid form has been revised. See Addendum No. 3, Item No. 1.4.Question 6: Is there a CAD file that the City can provide, there are some discrepanciesbetween phase 1 and phase 2 grading.Answer 6:CAD file is provided after bid has been awarded. The final grading plan in Phase2 is designed to function as the ultimate grading condition for the site.
