Description: The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide biological consulting services to the Planning Department and to act as technical advisors on issues relating to terrestrial biology. The contract shall be for a minimum of two years. Inquiries should be directed by email only to Patricia Salazar at PSalazar@malibucity.org. No verbal requests will be accepted. All requests for clarification must be received by Friday, October 25, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. RFPs shall be submitted electronically to PSalazar@malibucity.org no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024. All proposals received after the deadline will be considered non-responsive. The City reserves the right to extend the deadline or accept a late submittal with good cause shown.
