Description: Aiken County Horse Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant is requesting qualified contractors to submit proposals for Right of Way (ROW) Cutting and Vegetation Management Services.  Effective management of ROW is essential for the safe and uninterrupted operation of public infrastructure. Overgrown vegetation may reduce visibility, impede access, jeopardize public safety and cause operational interruptions. Annual ROW maintenance not only fulfills legal and regulatory obligations but also preserves the integrity of critical services. Aiken County seeks a partner with proven expertise and a strong track record in ROW stewardship who can ensure work is performed to the highest professional standards. Proposed equipment to be used for ROW cutting and vegetation management. Cost competitiveness. Quality of references and historical performance. Compliance with all RFP requirements and submission of all requested forms and documents. Special Requirements: Specialized equipment will be needed to perform the duties that this RFP requires.
