Description: INVITATION TO BID Centerville City 250 North Main St. Centerville, UT 84014 Bids for construction of 400 EAST - 100 S TO PAGES LN - ADA RAMP REPLACEMENT Project # 25-011 will be received by Centerville City at the Centerville Public Works Building, 655 North 1250 West, Centerville, Utah 84014, until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, 25 February 2025; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The Bidder shall indicate the Construction Contract Title, the name and address of the Bidder, and the date and time of the Bid opening. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Centerville City Public Works at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, 18 February 2025. The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, backfill materials, pavements, equipment transportation and services required for the construction of the above described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: ADA Ped ramps, curb and gutter and sidewalk; all ADA ramps are to be installed to meet UDOT Standard specifications and details, all other work to be performed in accordance with Centerville City Standard specifications and details, also the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ESI Engineering, INC. The Engineer’s Opinion of Cost for the total project is: $400,000 Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier=s Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Centerville City. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids presented or to waive any informality in a bid and to make award or refuse to make award in the best interest of the Owner.
