CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)Consultant Study of Law Enforcement Alternatives

The City of Spokane Valley seeks a consultant to study law enforcement service alternatives. For all submittal requirements, please review the complete RFP at https://www.spokanevalleywa.gov/359/2154/Public-Notices under the “Requests for Proposals/Qualifications” section.  Deadline for submitting proposals is4:00 PM (PST), Thursday, September 3, 2026.   Submit an electronic copy to mkoudelka@spokanevalleywa.gov , or four paper copies to City of Spokane Valley, Attn: Morgan Koudelka, Senior Administrative Analyst, 10210 East Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA, 99206. The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Spokane Valley in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
