Bidder shall provide monthly rental of pickup trucks meeting the minimum requirements listed below:

2023 or Newer

Regular Cab

Automatic transmission

1/2 ton pickup

Gas engine manufacturer standard for this class

Minimum GVWR: 6,500 lbs or manufacturer standard for 1/2-ton pickup

8 ft. Cargo Bed Length

Prefer Rearview backup camera but not necessary

The total quantity provided shall be 4 (four) trucks

The rental period shall be 5 (five) consecutive months

* All mileage, telematics, delivery, pickup, fuel surcharges, environmental fees, and any other associated costs must be included in the

monthly rental rate.

* No additional charges will be accepted beyond the amount of the awarded purchase order.

* Any costs outside the scope of the purchase order will not be paid unless authorized by a written change order.

*City of Cleveland is self-insured

TERMS OF DELIVERY

Price quoted shall be F.O.B. delivered to the place designated on purchase order. No other terms will be acceptable.

Delivery quoted must be stated in terms of work days after receipt of the order.

All charges for shipping must be included within the Unit Price for each item quote unless otherwise designated by a separate line with a

specified dollar amount inclusive of all shipping charges.

No freight charges will be considered nor processed for payment unless apart of the original quote submitted prior to bid award.
