Bid Orientation:  A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 14-Mile Slough Pump Station on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Bidders shall first meet at 10:00 AM, to sign-in at the Brookside Estates Pump Station (3910 W. March Lane, Stockton, CA 95219). At 10:05 AM sharp, staff will escort all vehicles through the levee gate to the project site. Due to restricted site access, late arrivals cannot be accommodated; entry to the 14-Mile Slough Pump Station will not be possible once the group has departed.
