Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) 25-009 Retrofit Lighting for The Ballpark at League City (RE-BID) The Opening Date for RFP 25-009 Retrofit Lighting for The Ballpark at League City has been changed. Hazardous weather is anticipated to fall on the original Opening date and the City seeks to ensure this does not result in any bidder’s inability to submit. The Opening for RFP 25-009 Retrofit Lighting for The Ballpark at League City will now take place on Tuesday, January 28th at 10:00am. The City of League City is now accepting sealed proposals for Retrofit Lighting for The Ballpark at League City. Sealed proposals must be received at City of League City Hall (300 West Walker Street, League City, Texas 77573) by 10:00 a.m. CST on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. The clock located at the front desk in City Hall will be the official time. Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. Immediately following the due date and time proposals will be publicly opened, in a manner that does not reveal their contents, at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center (400 West Walker Street, League City, TX  77573). The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council. There will be a Pre-Proposal Site Visit on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 2:00pm. A HARD COPY bid bond is REQUIRED with bid submission. Deliver the Bid Bond to 300 W Walker St, League City, Texas 77573 by the proposal submission deadline.
