Description:	The project is located on Seger Avenue from South Saint Marys Street to South Saint Aubin Street and includes the replacement of 1600 linear feet of water main on Seger Avenue from South Saint Marys Street to South Saint Aubin Street, reconstruction of the north half of the street, and construction of a 5-foot sidewalk on the north side of the street. The contract will be awarded to one contractor to perform work on Section 1, Base Bid and Section 2- Alternate A, or Section 3 -Alternate B. The two alternate bids refer specifically to water main material. Bidders may choose to bid either or both Alternates.
