Other Comments:	Boulder County Parks and Open Space is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to secure demolition and construction services for the complete rebuilding of a trailhead restroom at the Carolyn Holmberg Preserve Open Space at Rock Creek Farm, Stearns Lake, located at 2190 104th Street Broomfield, Colorado 80020. The selected contractor will complete all demolition and construction aspects of the Project within 70 calendar days after the execution of the contract and upon receipt of a Notice to Proceed. The work is required to be completed between August 1, 2025, and October 9, 2025, as this timeframe will not interfere with wildlife. Submittal Instructions BID-161-25
