    The Department of Labor & Industry is seeking the services of an expert to develop a mentorship training program including a four -part series on becoming a successful mentor. Goals for the project include increased understanding of mentorship among journeyworker participants, practical tools for participants to improve as mentors, and ultimately improved retention of registered apprentices.
