REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR

MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified engineering consultant

firms knowledgeable in RUS Rules and Regulations and interested in proving engineering

services.

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Administrator, at

(928) 729-6249 or by email andreah@ntua.com or at NTUA Purchasing Department, North

Navajo Route 12, Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Proposal and Cost shall each be submitted, electronically to andreah@ntua.com in separate PDF

attachments clearly labeled: for the Proposal “DO NOT OPEN – ENGINEERING SERVICES

FOR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS (PROPOSAL)” and for the Cost “DO NOT OPEN –

ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MISCELLANEOUS PROJECTS (COST)” and received

electronically by June 22, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (DST).

Preference will be applied in accordance with the Navajo Business and Procurement Act (12
