Description: Statement of Qualifications and Request for Proposals – Fire Training Ground Master Plan (FR063P) The City of Manhattan, KS, hereby requests Statements of Qualifications and Requests for Proposals (SOQ/RFP) to develop a master plan for a modern training ground that addresses current and future training needs for firefighter education and safety for the City of Manhattan.
