Technical questionsshall be directed to Brian Yaw, City of Midland Assistant Facilities Manager at byaw@midland-mi.org.Bid should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “BID 4668 – WASHINGTON WOODSSENIOR LIVING SHOWER REPLACEMENTS”. Bid submission can be delivered or mailed ATTN:Purchasing to City of Midland, Office of the City Clerk, 333 W. Ellsworth Street, Midland, MI 48640.Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held June 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Washington Woods Senior LivingCommunity, 821 Cambridge Street, Midland, MI 48642.This is a Federally Funded project partially funded through the Community Development Block Grant-CV grant monies. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with HUD contractprovisions 24CFR part 85.36(i), the Davis-Bacon Act, Nondiscrimination, Equal EmploymentOpportunity, Affirmative Action, Section 3 requirements, AntiKickback Act, Federal Occupational Safetyand Health Act and Department of Labor Standards and Regulations as set forth in the Contract BidDocuments.
