Project Description: Montgomery County Office of Aging Services (MCOAS) procures Elder Law (EL) services primarily to assist with the ongoing work of the Older Adult Protective Services (OAPS) unit. OAPS provides access to services necessary to protect the health, safety and welfare of persons age 60 and over who lack the capacity to protect themselves and who are at imminent risk of abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment.
