Scope of Services
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pre-qualified list of providers to provide various park and playground equipment and surfacing.
The qualified “Contractor” to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to perform the including but not limited to the following work at various facilities, countywide per specifications:
Clearing and preparing site for playground installation.

Installation and repair of various types of free standing and playground systems.

The delivery of all materials to the jobsite.

Ability to maintain secure storage not accessible to students. Leaving the worksite as it was originally found.

Installation of safety surfacing to include artificial turf and pour in place rubber (PIP)

New installation complies with ADA Standards for Accessible Design.

Contract Value: $2,000,000, No guarantee is given or implied as to the total dollar value of this bid. Specifications and the quality standards of service set forth in this bid.

The State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) are part of the Florida Building Code. SREF requirements shall apply to construction, renovation, and remodeling of public educational facilities owned by Pinellas County School Board.
