The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction services and complete construction services for the Children’s Museum of Phoenix Expansion (GO Bond) CMAR project. The selected CMAR will work as a team with the designer of record and City staff to ensure an efficient design approach for the project. Children’s Museum of Phoenix is located at 215 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85034. The estimated construction cost is $6.4 million.
