The Port of Seattle intends to negotiate a contract with Hello Lamp Post, San Francisco, CA
to provide the following: Proof of Concept (PoC): Location-Based Digital Assistant at SEA
For Airport Innovation on behalf of Airport Customer Service/Experience. The primary purpose of this pilot is to evaluate whether an AI virtual assistant can enhance the passenger experience by providing timely, self-service information throughout the airport by using location-specific QR codes.
