ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
PLUM BAYOU LEVEE DISTRICT
LEVEE RESHAPING STATION 1878+20 TO 1929+05
The Plum Bayou Levee District, Arkansas, invites bids on the reshaping of some 6000 lf of existing levee. This section of levee has numerous sloughs and will require locating each slough and reshaping the existing levee to match existing undamaged areas. The bid will be for each 2000 LF section of levee. Each section of 2000 LF will be cleared, undercut, and the existing material put back. It is the intent of the levee board to make these repairs over a three-year period.
Detailed specifications and information packets are $100.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) and can be obtained from Bond Consulting Engineers, Inc., 2601 T.P. White Drive, Jacksonville, AR 72076, Phone 501-982-1538. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to select the bid in the best interest of the levee district.
