All bids must be entered into the City of Elgin’s web portal at https://cityofelgin.ionwave.net/VendorRegistration/PreliminaryInfo.aspx no later than October 18, 2024 at 3:00 pm. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 100 Symphony Way Elgin, IL 60120 at 10:00 am on October 8, 2024.
