Pre-Bid Conference: May 14 at 9:00 AM Bid Date: June 4 at 2:00 PM	Campus Wide Central Plant & Campus Utilities Updates	Work of the Project includes alteration and Replacement of existing secondary chilled water pumps SCHWP-G and CHWP-G & associated variable frequency drives; replacement of thirty-two (32) chiller chilled water supply and return and cooling tower water supply and return isolation valves at Cogeneration Plant; replacement of ten (10) secondary chilled water pump chilled water supply and return isolation valves at Cogeneration Plant; installation of chilled water supply and return isolation valves in chilled water distribution loops E, F, and G at Cogeneration Plant; installation of Loop F 16″ industrial grade high performance butterfly isolation valves near Keathley University Center; installation of Loop G 16″ industrial grade high performance butterfly isolation valves in new utility vault near John Bragg Media and Entertainment Building. Steam piping repair at Observatory. Alternate 1: Sewer piping repair at Floyd Stadium. Installation of buffer tank at Sam Ingram Building. Replacement of three (3) utility transformers at Cogeneration Plant. Alternate 2: Installation of three (3) new remote differential pressure sensors for secondary chilled water pumps; Replacement of 30 ton air cooled chiller at Telecom building. Alternate 3: Cooling tower condenser water piping repair at Cogeneration Plant. Alternate 4: Replacement of 40 ton condensing unit and direct expansion cooling coils at Chris Young Café.
