Summary The Ohio Department of Public Safety, on behalf of the Motorcycle Ohio, is seeking a one-time purchase of 10 motorcycles.  Normal wear and tear has led to gaps in the Motorcycle Ohio training fleet. These motorcycles will be used to meet the National Training Standards for the Ohio Program .	Predecessor Contract
Process Round 2 issued for CLASSIFICATION , SPECIFICATION & CATEGORY update CONTRACT  OPPORTUNITY - See attached (ad hoc) contract solicitation document for specifications, requirements, terms and conditions.  Winning bidder shall execute contract document (items in red will be changed priort to award). INVITATION TO BID INSTRUCTIONS - Instructions, Terms and Conditions for Bidding (revised 01/29/26, attached) apply to this solicitation. STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS - The State of Ohio Standard Terms and Conditions (revised 03/31/25, attached) apply to this solicitation and will govern any resulting Contract. BRAND NAME SPECIFICATIONS - The product(s) specified in this bid are being bid as BRAND (and model) SPECIFIC. That signifies no alternates will be accepted for award. Bid is in accordance with the Ohio Administrative Code 123:5-1-10 (D) (6). . EVALUATION - Bids will be evaluated in accordance with ORC 125.07 . In addition, the state will multiply the bid prices by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. CONTRACT AWARD - The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) by category. Responsible bidder(s) by category. ODPS may elect to partially award some categories in an effort to encourage fleet diversity. Up to Ten (10) unique awards may be made, regardless of category/model or estimated usage.
