Project Bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, for improvements to the Kirksville Regional Airport, Kirksville, Missouri, MoDOT Project No. 25-028A-1 will be received by the City of Kirksville,201 S. Franklin St. Kirksville, Missouri, 63501, until Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 3:00 PM Bids to be mailed shall be addressed to the attention of the City of Kirksville, Diane Albrecht, 201 S Franklin St., Kirksville, Missouri, 63501, and will be clearly marked "Sealed Bids: Runway 18/36 Pavement Markings and Rubber Removal. DO NOT OPEN". At the time listed above, the received sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately in the aforementioned location that they were received.
