No electronic submissions will be accepted. Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, January 23, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. local time to be considered, at which time the proposals are to be publicly opened and read. Submittals shall be in .pdf format via thumb drive and 3 three hard copies. No proposal will be accepted or considered after 2:00 p.m. Local time. Late proposals will be retained in the City Secretary’s office.
