Chapel Rd.)

Type of Work: Grading, Drainage, Paving, and Structure

Bid Opening: Wednesday June 3, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M.

The date of availability for this project is December 1, 2026

The date of completion for this project is May 29, 2028

The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for the above-mentioned

project. Interested bidders can download and print bid related documents from the Division 10

website at:

Contractors must be pre-qualified with NCDOT as Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to

bidding on this project. Information about prequalification can be found at:

It will be the Contractor’s responsibility to continue to monitor the NCDOT website for any

addendums or other updates concerning this project.

Electronic Bidding through Bid Express® is required. Do NOT submit your bid for the project

let by Division 10 to the NCDOT Statewide Project Letting Office.

Traditional Paper Bids or Electronic Bid Preparation with Manual Delivery will not be

accepted.

To reduce exposure to the COVID-19 virus, the Bid Opening will not be open to the public in the

usual manner. The Letting results will be broadcast via conference call at 2:00 PM on the bid

opening day. You may attend the conference call by dialing 1-888-251-2909 and entering

7653259 as the access code. The results will also be uploaded to the Division 10 letting website

as well.
